Cerkl Introduces Campaign Tracking Feature in Broadcast
New capability gives internal communicators visibility into engagement across multi-channel communication initiatives
Cincinnati, OH – July 12, 2023 – Cerkl today announced the release of a new Campaign feature in its Broadcast platform, designed to help internal communicators measure engagement across a coordinated theme of communication such as Open Enrollment, change management initiatives, or company-wide programs.
The Campaign feature allows communicators to group related content and track performance across channels including emails, newsletters, intranet stories, and other Broadcast-supported destinations. Rather than measuring engagement one message at a time, organizations can now understand how employees interact with an entire initiative over its full lifecycle.

With Campaigns, communicators can assign Broadcast content to a specific campaign theme and view aggregated analytics in one place. Engagement data is normalized across channels, making it possible to compare performance consistently and evaluate reach, opens, clicks, and overall interaction at the campaign level.
