For Foundations+ and Omni AI, we typically work on annual agreements so we can support onboarding, integrations, and ongoing success properly. If your procurement or budgeting process needs something different, we’ll talk through options with you during the pricing conversation rather than surprise you later.

What counts as an “audience member” for Foundations+/Omni AI pricing?
An audience member is someone you can reach through Broadcast: employees, contractors, and other internal stakeholders with a reachable contact path (like email or a channel connection).
You are not charged per communicator seat or per message. Pricing for these two plans is based on the number of people who receive your communication.
