Cerkl Adds Microsoft Teams as a Distribution Channel for Broadcast Omni AI

Cincinnati, OH – March 16, 2021 – Cerkl today announced the addition of Microsoft Teams as a distribution channel for Broadcast Omni AI, expanding how organizations can deliver personalized internal communications to employees. With this release, companies using Broadcast Omni AI can publish targeted, relevant content directly into the Microsoft Teams environment, alongside existing email, intranet, and mobile channels.
As Microsoft Teams has become a primary workspace for many organizations, internal communicators face growing pressure to reach employees without adding noise or forcing them to check yet another system. The new Microsoft Teams app for Broadcast Omni AI addresses this challenge by embedding a personalized newsfeed inside Teams, accessible on both desktop and mobile.
Broadcast Omni AI for Microsoft Teams provides each employee with a tailored view of internal news and priority alerts based on Cerkl’s hybrid personalization model. Need-to-know communications are delivered using rules-based targeting, while additional content is personalized using machine learning based on individual engagement patterns. The result is a consistent, relevant experience that fits naturally into daily workflows.
Employees can install the Broadcast app directly from the Microsoft Teams app store and sign in using their work email to access their personalized feed. Organizations that want to standardize adoption can also pin the app across Teams instances through their Teams administration settings.
