Cerkl Adds No-Code People Data Integration to Broadcast

New Audience Manager capability simplifies how organizations connect and maintain employee data without custom development

Cincinnati, OH – September 23, 2022 – Cerkl today announced the addition of no-code people data integration to the Broadcast platform. The new capability allows organizations to connect employee data from HRIS, identity, and directory systems without custom code or ongoing IT involvement, making it easier to keep audience data accurate and in sync.

The enhancement is part of Broadcast’s Audience Manager and introduces an import mapping utility that lets teams map incoming people data fields directly to Broadcast attributes through a guided interface. Organizations can connect data from systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Active Directory, and other sources, without the need to merge files or build custom integrations.

Accurate people data is the foundation of effective internal communication. By removing technical barriers to integration, Broadcast helps internal communication teams ensure messages reach the right employees based on role, department, location, or any other relevant attribute.

“Internal communicators depend on clean, reliable people data, but maintaining that data has historically required a lot of manual work or IT support,” said Tarek Kamil, CEO and Founder of Cerkl. “This release gives organizations a simpler, more sustainable way to keep their audience data current, so communicators can focus on reaching employees, not managing spreadsheets.”

In addition to simplified mapping, the new integration includes reporting tools that provide visibility into data health. Teams can monitor upload status, record counts, conflicts, and processing history, helping them quickly identify and resolve data issues before they impact communication.

The no-code people data integration supports Broadcast’s Dynamic Segments, allowing audience definitions to stay automatically updated as employee data changes. This ensures that targeted communication remains accurate over time, even as organizations evolve.

“Our goal was to remove friction from one of the most critical parts of internal communication infrastructure,” said Rachel Folz, Head of Product at Cerkl. “With no-code mapping and clear reporting, teams have more control and confidence in the data that powers their communication.”

The new capability is available to Broadcast customers beginning September 23, 2022.
