Cerkl Adds Slack Integration to Broadcast Omni AI
New integration brings personalized employee communication directly into Slack
Cincinnati, OH – June 26, 2023 – Cerkl today announced the addition of a Slack integration to Broadcast Omni AI, expanding the platform’s omni-channel capabilities and allowing organizations to deliver personalized internal communications directly within Slack.
With the new integration, internal communicators can publish Broadcast content into Slack channels while maintaining the same audience targeting, personalization logic, and analytics used across email, intranet, mobile, and other channels. Each employee receives a unique, personalized experience, even when messages are delivered through shared Slack channels.
Slack has become a primary workplace hub for many organizations, but internal communication in Slack is often fragmented, manual, and difficult to measure. By integrating Slack into Broadcast Omni AI, Cerkl enables communicators to reach employees where work is already happening, without sacrificing governance, targeting accuracy, or insight into engagement.

Engagement from Slack is normalized alongside other channels in Broadcast analytics, providing a unified view of content performance.
