Broadcast adds new controls to its AI-powered subject line generator, helping internal communicators improve relevance and engagement
Cincinnati, OH – September 20, 2024 - Cerkl today announced an upgrade to its AI-powered subject line generator within Broadcast, extending one of the first AI-driven employee newsletter capabilities with new functionality designed to give communicators greater control and flexibility.
The enhanced subject line generator builds on Broadcast’s existing AI newsletter features by allowing internal communications teams to generate, refine, and select subject lines that better match message intent, audience context, and tone. The update helps organizations improve email engagement while maintaining oversight and editorial judgment.
Subject lines play a critical role in whether employees open and engage with internal communications, yet they are often written under time pressure and without clear performance feedback. Cerkl’s upgraded feature applies AI assistance directly within the Broadcast workflow, reducing guesswork while keeping final decisions in the hands of communicators.
