Too many organizations rely on email as their default communication channel, which quickly leads to cluttered inboxes and disengaged employees. This reliance, coupled with a culture of instant responses, exacerbates the problem. Additionally, employees spend excessive time on email management, taking away from core tasks and leading to lost productivity. #1 Prioritize and Segment Your Audience
